Lexington Nightfall

The Kentucky Ice Hockey Collective is thrilled to announce the formation of Lexington’s newest semi-professional ice hockey team the Lexington Nightfall!

The Lexington Nightfall will make their debut in 2026 with five home games at the Lexington Ice Center, marking the start of what promises to be a very special inaugural season.

Our mission goes beyond the ice. We want the Lexington Nightfall to be a team the entire community can rally behind and take pride in for years to come. That’s why, for our first season, we’ll take on some of the best first responder and veteran hockey teams from across the country.

Even better — 100% of all ticket sales and 100% of all Chuck-a-Puck proceeds will be donated directly to Central Kentucky based youth sports organizations and local charities.

As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Kentucky Ice Collective is dedicated to growing the game of hockey in our region while giving back to our community. Our goal is simple: get more kids on the ice, expose them to high-level hockey, and raise funds that support youth development across Central Kentucky.

We can’t wait to drop the puck on this exciting new chapter for Lexington hockey. Join us at the Lexington Ice Center on February 21, 2026, and be part of history as we launch the Lexington Nightfall inaugural season!
